They offered to give me a free MioTV plan because we are long time customer, just saw in the billing that they are charging us $9 plus. Called them up to ask and they say they have to charge a nominal fee as we didn't "spend enough" ^#%$&^% WTH is that reason?! When I say I wanna cancel the TV plan, they still got face to ask me if I want to upgrade my current channels, I asked them to go have a look at the starhub channels then come back and tell me why I need to pay to watch their sucky channels.
