what's the focal point of the phot, may i ask?

Upper left corner of the photo is wash out and quite distracting.

Lower right corner of the photo has an unwanted grass patch.

The 2 trees at the foreground doesnt seems to be the subject or the framing elements? I cant find an outstanding subject. Maybe you want to look at the way you take your pictures again? Happy shootnig!

i think u wan to take the rain scene.. perhaps u can focus on the rain puddles on the ground frm a low angle up (in this case some of the buildings will also be in the picture) with the rain puddle as the foreground... mabbe the effect will be nicer? sorry i am visualising... haa
