Its Raffles Marina and its located near Tuas bus terminal.Not at marina area:sweat:

Just to correct myself, the place is open to public, but photography is only restricted to handheld n cannot shoot at the boat park there. As u can see from pics, there are lots of fisherman there, good place for sunset, but too bad it was not my day
