there are various types of lens,

1: Minolta MD (i guess this's the original one)
2: Rokkor
3: Rokkor-PF

so what is the difference between them?

No idea what's the X-600 mentioned inside there though.

Found a better write-up.

The links answered the original poster's question, but I can answer about the X-600; it is the "auto focus manual focus Minolta". It featured a focus confirmation indicator, and was the forerunner of the Dynax/Maxxum/Alpha line. It could not focus by itself though; it was strictly an "in focus/out of focus" indicator.
