Can any user tell me if

I use an old K mount lens (non-KA lens with no electical contacts) on the Super A (called Super Program overseas), then set the metering selector to "M" will the manual speed buttons work to vary the shutter speed?

Or will they default to 2000 speed and not change at all?

No problems in Manual mode. Shutter speed will be according to what you set with the up or down buttons. However no program AE if the lens lacks the A auto exposure index on the aperture ring. Aperture priority AE is also available but you need to set shutter speed dial to Auto on the top of the camera. Here's an instruction manual:

Thanks.
I have got the user manual already some time ago.

So maybe something wrong on manual speed selection with my Super A. Thought it works only with the lenses with electrical contacts.

But the auto still fine.
