Yh, it won't be so appealing by my guess, bcoz the westher these days. last time when I visited to shoot sunset and sun was behind the trees. I guess sun rise should be ok.

yes, I have been shooting sunrise at Punggol end many times, the sun move depends the time of the year,

you can see some of my sunrise timelapse at Punggol beach.
