urm...it is PSed...as what he had titled.. I felt the fireworks are a bit too "solid" or sharp if you know what i mean... The surrounding around the fireworks could have make it brighter...

Any tips on how to do this? I'm not good at PS

Good Effect. However, if you do a bit of perspective correction to straighten the buildings on the right, would look even better.
