Problem with FX 38 pics

hi guys, i am wondering if you all experience this strange behavior from your panasonic cameras. it seems that taking night shots with flash on, strange orbs starts to appear on the pics. have a look below for eg.

does anyone have any idea what those orbs are? where did they come from? advice anyone?

Is it water droplets on external surface of your lens?

it may cause by the drizzle when u turn on the flash. FX38 flash is too close to the lens.next time try shoot night scene without flash... especially in drizzling day or dusty environment.
