I have some photos that I have edited and put in a white border and some text in the border. When I tried to print it out, the text is cropped. The staff at the studio told me it is impossible to print out accurately without shifting / cropping, even though I have a perfect 1800x1200 digital file.
1. is it true that it is impossible to print accurately?
2. if yes, how do you normally print photos with borders? I have seen photos with borders that are printed perfect, e.g. all 4 borders are of the same width. not so for mine.
3. if not, is there any photo studio that can do it?
