Price of Nikkor 24-70 now?

Hi CS mates,

I was looking for an update on the price of the Nikkor 24-70. Anybody knows?
I know there used to be a thread on Nikon price...what happened to that btw?

I'm planning to get it this Saturday. Any ideas whether the prices will be dropping anytime soon?

Alternatively, if anybody wants to sell his/hers, please let me know.

i got it recently and have ask the price at the following places:
ms color: 2580
tk: 2600
john 3:16: 2780
south east asia computer: 2850

saw a feller selling his used nikkor af-s 24-70 for sale at buy/sell section.
used 4 times ony going at 2400

there is a price guide forum where you can check up prices

if you have called up shops and know the price, pm the contributors to update them

to buy one, you can also look around in B/S nikon equip.
