Just got my Z340 Digital Instant Camera, will try it out tomorrow before handing over to my 2 nieces, hehehe

Hard difficulties to get the "Customize Borders" to work. A search in the net found others also having same problem. After trying since last night (I not good with computer), finally got the "Custom Borders" right.

1) Stated in the manual the canvas size for of 1216 x 912 & 320 x 240 is "pixel dimension", "not document size"
2) If like me, super impose a photo as the borders or frame, the background (where the image taken by the Z340 will be printed) must be RGB 254, 254, 254. I thought using "eraser" tool to go thought the background can liao, but RGB 255, 255, 255 wont work.
3) I used BMP 24bit color, think maybe 16bit will work (haven't try).

The rest just follow the instruction & it will work.

well, my nieces love it. gave the camera to them yesterday, than they brought it along when we went to mac for dinner. kept shooting. seems easy enough for a p6 n sec2 kids to start shooting after 1/2hr.
