Polariser over UV filter?

hi guys,

is it ok/advisable to put the polariser filter over my UV filter (it has another screwy part for another filter to go on top of it) when taking portraits?

what do you want to achieve with the polariser? that would give insight on whether it's suitable for the circumstances.

just close up aperture and fill flash. no need CPL.

my friend said there might be slight vigenetting on film bodies
no problems on digital
