Taken with Panagor 2X Macro Convertor. Can do much much closer.

Notice the 'face', the 'horn' and the 'outstretched arms'?

This an another using the same converter with the 28-75mm.

Nice landscape pics from your 10-20. I bought the 10-20 after getting poisoned by your pics but never managed to get anything close to the beautiful pics you have shared with this lens.

very good stage shots!!
Sharp and bright.

yes..I agree too. Nice shots from Vivocity!

Thanks.

It was my first attempt to shoot such pics. There were like maybe 100 others there that day and mostly C with the white lens (70-200 I guess). I did not see any Pentax but just blasted.

Perhaps we can try and eye for one such event for our next Pentax outing. I think the GSS will present that opportunity.

Simply, the Tap was shot at Sam Poh Tong in Ipoh.

It's quite an interesting place to shoot. But quite dark, so, it's good to have fast lens with you. The thing is, I was wondering,
is it okay to flash inside temples?

Just some test shot with my K20D + jupiter 11 lens 135 F4

I prefer the ones you shot with your DA 35mm ... that picture alone converted quite a fair bit of ppl to buy K20D. ;)

Yeah, that one was a lucky shot: great timing and light condition ;) These above two were shot under shades, the light was pretty bad actually ...

Personally, I won't ever use flash inside any places of worship.. it's about showing respect lah.

Needless to say, I didn't face the trouble of tissue paper shortage in Tokyo.

My favourite "from the hip" shot. (Just need to work on the skin tone...)
