Yup she did apply something on her skin
The light was from a big strip light and then post processed to get this effect

for #1,#2 and #4,i cut out the model and pasted it on a white background
although the studio backdrop is already white,the floor had quite a few marks which i felt would take too much time to remove

for #3 i left the backdrop intact
