Awesome pictures all round. Just got my LX3 about 2 months ago. Just to share some of pics I took in London recently. All pics straight from cam except resizing for the web - no pp done. All cc welcomed.

Just bought this camera few days ago. Didnt managed to go anywhere to try it out. So can only try macro at home. Here are 2 pics to share.. both pics taken at night.. my keyboard a little dirty though.. haha..

Thanks guys, greatly encouraged by your kind comments. Yes they are shot in Dynamic B&W mode in my LX3, and edited for greater impact using Lightroom. For the second shot, the camera's power impresses me, front subjects and far buildings are all pretty sharp. Probably due to the superb Leica lens

Not handheld. It was a 4 sec exposure, so had to put the cam on a ledge with the lens cap to adjust vertical placement. Also had to use both hands to shield the camera from strong wind to prevent movement. Wished I had my gorilla pod then.

Perhaps you may wish to overexpose your third pic more. I think it will look better. Just my 2 cents

Thanks for the advise, i have made some brightness, contrast and gamma changes and agree the image does look better .

was blow away by some of the amazing photos posted by lx3 users here so i rush out to grab one .... I am never impress by any digital compact before , the LX3 really impressed me with what it has to offer for me to access various photography situation ! Now this is the PERFECT camera to actually fit into the life of a photographer who wants to shoot without lagging around the bulky and attention grabbing big guns ! Everyone around me are impressed with the output from this camera ! :thumbsup:
