Which one to get for standard touch up of photos? Adobe has been confusing me with so many almost similar products. :dunno: Actually, what are the diffirences among thse 3 softwares?

Aperture is not from Adobe, AFAIK. For "standard touch up" you might want to look at Lightroom. It follows a common workflow of Import / Organize - Develop - Output. Output can be Web / Slideshow, Print or file. For additional pixel editing one can always 'sidestep' to Photoshop and back.
