Wah KAOZ! Now I know why this lens has been mentioned to be subjectively better than Pentax's own venerable K/A 50/1.2! You really can "work" it out man~

OOO.. nice...55 1.2.....
Shot wide open with flash?
Yes, shot wide open with ND103 and yongnuo flash. The film ones were shot using natural light only in Av mode, no reflector/diffuser.

Hahaha I like your word "subjectively" :bsmilie:
I like this lens because of it's "glow". Some people will see it as annoying under-corrected aberration :)

Hi philip,

Yes,it was yesterday night's full moon.
I take your photo and did some adjustment to it
Generally i find that F5.6 is not good enough to capture the details,i would advise you to shoot f8-11 at least. Are you using tripod or handheld the shot? Basically i did use the 2 sec delay and tripod,do manual focusing as well. Here is my Exif: Aperture F8,Speed 1/60th and Iso 100 and also need to do some basic PP,i am just using picasa actually for the processing,Adjust some shadow, bump up some highlight and brightness plus slight sharpening for your shot

Here is the end product.Believe it or not it is your shot..haha

From the recent CapitalLand walkabout organised by CS.
My thanks to the mods DreamMerchant and Ed9119 for their time guiding us. and coordinating.
Too bad 'no u-turn syndrome' reared its ugly head once again during the walkabout we did not have as much access to the buildings as I had imagined.

Nothing competition worthy from me.
Good enough that a 'sua ku' like me can go around the various nice shiny buildings that I've never been to or even known of.
