Helping to spread the word on an upcoming exhibition and seminar by Mattias Klum who will be in town on 3rd July 2010 to conduct a 2-hour photography seminar for nature photography enthusiasts.
Mattias Klum (photographer and filmmaker) was born in Uppsala, Sweden and has worked as a freelance photographer since 1986. He regularly contributes to National Geographic Magazine, has published ten books, has directed or co-directed internationally released films, and has exhibited his photographs around the globe. This year, Klum served on the jury for World Press Photos nature category, and in 2009 was awarded first and second prize by Pictures of the Year International (POYi) for images shown in his exhibition The Testament of Tebaran. He is a coveted lecturer worldwide, member of the Board of Trustees of WWF Sweden and fellow of The Linnean Society of London.
