Locally in Singapore, apart from Basic Cert in Photography offered by Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and short courses offered by SLCC and local clubs, are there any schools which offers Photography Education at the Diploma Level?

What about good quality online courses, any from RMIT or Curtin etc?
