Our company is requesting for quotation to do photography service for the company Internal event.
The event is in a conference format consisting of keynote addresses, three con-current technical presentations tracks, as well as award ceremony. the event runs from 9am to 5pm, 18-19/feb/2016 at company premise.
Total Budget: S$1500.00
Scope of service:
end to end event photography coverage: keynote address, technical presentations, presentation team's photos, activities between technical sessions, award ceremoney, etc
provide edited digital photos within a week from the end of event
design a simple photo montage (using photos taken during the events) for award ceremony in the afternoon of the 2nd day
