Photo printing Advise needed~ urgently.

Hi,

Hope appreciated if someone can give me a useful GOOD advise.


1)Usually u guys print your pictures using home printers or Retails shop printing service?

2)What is the difference between those printing kiosk or the nomal shop printing service?

3)Is there any printing service machine out there able to print photos immediately without waiting & best direct print from our CARDS instead of storing in their Hardisk?

4)Is it safe to print outside?

5)Pls recommended me the best, honest & reliable photo printing service in SG.

They view it, like it and use it without permission.
If thats true its Terrible.


Took thousands of pictures but never ever print before hence advise will be greatly appreciated. :thumbsup:

i just had printed my pictures from JB
tho i visit JB every sunday when im free.

well mostly i set mine to CMYK instead of RGB for printing.
i find it CMYK mode gave better quality than RGB.
btw i did it with CMYK + A3 paper size.

let's find out from other users.

hope my experiences are useful for you

1) I print using commercial printers. Its pricey and troublesome for me to print from home so I never invest in a home system.

4)Is it safe to print outside?
I have no experiences with your second and third questions but I guess your major concern is whether your images are looked after. First off, there is absolutely no guarantee that nothing will go wrong. Similary even a breakin or theft or system crash can harm your images that you have stored in your home. The best you could do is to try out good printers that have been recommended and used by others.


5)Pls recommended me the best, honest & reliable photo printing service in SG.
What sizes are you referring to?

Well, I am just looking for typical 4r or slightly bigger size picture only.

Never ever try buying a printer cuz i know nothing about printing except printing typical documents...

Hmm... I guess my final conclusion is to get a personal printer.


I notice there are many printers that offer scanner, photocopy, printing...etc "All in One" Type are dirt cheap in the market even 2nd hand less than $100...


Izzit advise to buy such all in one printer? Saw most brands like HP & Canon is pretty common.


Haiz... I am so silly about knowledge for printing even basic... How i wish there is a PRINTING lesson~ lol.
