Dear all,

I have the intention of going into being a Part Time Real Estate Agent.

May I know how are the procedures besides getting the CEHA cert?

varies from company to company. u need to check with the one u are joining for their inhouses courses and training.

Just found out some company has in house courses... Will find out more

You need to get CES instead of CEHA. Unless you want to open your own division or company, then you require CEHA cert. If not, just CES will do. Normally they have in house course for you, depend which reality company you joining. =)
