no. unless it is very visible. even at f/22, most scratches will have minimal effect on image

Filters will ultimately accrue little scratches. No worries about them.

The optical resin ones tend to have them easier than the glass filters.
Just take a look at the optical resin for spectacles, still works well despite the little flaws unless grossly scratched.
