Nice shots papoopa. I guess the first shot was using 400 film? 2nd shot is smoother, more like 100film. But yes, zuiko lenses give good results. :)

thanks for the comments :)

and yes you are right, the first one is tmax400 and the other 2 is pan100... you got a good eye..

Hi bros, I wish to get oly OM on Nex adapter. Kindly advise which shops sell OM lenses locally. Is it at Peninsular shops, or those nearby Cathay. What are the prices.

the best way to get it is through the forum. can try to check the BnS forum.

Hi people,

I'm back after a long hiatus. Glad to be back.

Anthony, if you are looking for lucky colour film, its available at sim lim square, 5th level, Orient Photo. Alternatively, if we meet up soon, I still have 10 rolls I bought from Beijing.

Lucky film has no ASA100 though. The only Lucky 100 I know of, is b&w MF film, which I also have about 8 rolls left. :)

Anyone decided to start an outing request yet?

James

There is a Lucky 100 b&w available for 135mm :)

I find the Lucky100 film always give inconsistent result...
sometimes its fun but other times its quite frustrating

2 more portraits from my 90f2 lens, both at 2.8. Personally, it is difficult to get the focus right at wide open. 2.8 is the easiest for me when I want to control the DOF at the eyes.

There's a 50 f1.2 going for USD459 before shipping over here, if anybody is interested.

Love all your shots. I believe you do your own scanning, but who processes your film. Need to process a few rolls but will wait after CNY as I will have more.

Here's a shot of my muse, with an OM-1 and the nifty 50mm f1.8 Zuiko. Shot wide open on Portra 400VC.

Anthony, for normal film, I got Triple D at Burlington Square, just next to Sim Lim. Its located at the 1st level, past Burger King, and facing Bencoolen Street. The owner's name is Mike.

Actually, my shots are scanned by him. Most of the scans are mediocre. If you really have roll you want to scan very precisely, you have to tell him. Even if some of your scans come out with dust spots, you can bring it back to him and he will be more than delighted to re-scan for you. Develop and scan is $8 per roll (35mm). Add $2 if B/W.

Hope this helps :)
