My views are there are too much space above his head and face too dark, maybe better to zoom in and capture his facial expression.

Hi AnotherAngle, you are honest and your comment is welcome indeed. I also noted the problem before posting the pic. My subject was staring at me all the time when I took his portrait. This made me more or less nervous so I didn't have time to compose well but got a fast snapshot instead. I should have moved a bit to another angle so the building behind would not be as distractive.

On the contrary I would have tried another shot from a wider angle, to include his trishaw, as that would show what he does at work. But this alone by itself is a nice portrait.
