IMO, I think both hands should be in the frame to add symmetry. The subject just doesn't look complete. Also, too much space to the left of the pic.

Noise is also apprent. :think:

As ipin mention both hand should be within the frame, if you wanted to shoot the kid by the side. I would rather have more wall space on the left, or there's an interesting picture hanging or something on the left to initiate his excitiment within him.

Other ppl could have other style. Do hear from them too.
