Managed to spend some time and some key observations:

Tack sharp when used alone, it's akin to the top N/C 70-200 lens, even wide open. However, when I add the TC in, there's quite a bit of lens blooming wide open at f/4.0. Stopping it down to f/8.0 helps, but there's some IQ degradation (which is expected).

Ya, I know. I am buying in HK becos am based in China. Thus warranty should still be valid, if I am not wrong. Correct me if I am incorrect.

Cheaper to buy in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou if you ply the Taobao stores. HK prices have bloated since the hikes in rentals.

If I am not wrong, if you join Olympus club member with $88 for two years, and if you buy this lens during your birthday month, you get 20% off the listed price from Olympus. This way could be the cheapest way to buy in Singapore if it is allowed with Olympus. I am also hunting for cheaper price but realized it only after my birthdate.
