I am not sure if your downsize of the photo degrades the sharpness but it looks OOF.

Your reflector is too close to the model until the whites are overblown.

Your compositions is neither here no there. Either you leave more space or crop tighter.

there is sth missing in this image man...like afbug has arleady mentioned ...and imho having the hand there doesnt really contribute to the image.. neither does the leg... since the facial expression should be the focus (if i am not mistaken)...
