Of filters and lens cap

Hi, I'm using the Canon S2 IS and I've finally bought the lens adaptor and a UV filter.

Now the silly problem is, with the canon adaptor and filter on, the original lens cap no longer fits. Are there any suitable lens cap that I can buy? Any CSers got any experience with this?

And i'm looking to buy a polariser as well. Any recommendations and typical market prices?

i believe the filter size is a 58mm one, thus u can buy a 58mm clip on lens cap for about $5 only.
