NSC diagnostic

Does NSC do diagnostic test for dslr? For possible problem and error on the camera body.:think:

Not too sure what diagnostic test on the body for a specific error...
if you have the error code it would help to diagnostic.

I have a specific battery problem and I can't reproduce it but NSC listen to my problem and replace certain power component on the body that fix my problem.

I don't think it's still free, if the warranty has expired.
