Come dressed in your Halloween best on 31 Oct, and stand a chance to win $100 shopping vouchers! They'll be picking out three best dressed winners. All you have to do is to:
(1) Go to The Foothills on 31 Oct, 5pm - 11pm;
(2) Strike your best pose and take a photo in your Halloween costume;
