Noise removal

Hi folks... Is there anyway of removing noises caused by high ISO?

I tried using the Dust & Scratches, but some of the oversaturated patches still exist, if I desaturate, it will look like a colour faded picture...

Any recommendation?

see loads of previous threads on this topic.... Helicon and Neat Image are both excellent Noise reduction programs and are both available as freebie downloads in their basic versions.
