Nikon Drybox .. Taking out the gel..

To people who bought the drybox or know about it..
I just bought a nikon drybox. And realised that I cant seem to take out the silica gel..

Wts teh average reading for it?.
And do i Use all the gel.. wt s the funnel for.. :dunno:

I believe the box came with an instruction sheet.

I didn't try to take out the gel yet, but I think there's a small opening on the cover which you suppose to open and then pour the gel into the funnel and into a bowl. Then put the bowl in the microwave oven to re-dry the gels.

Since yours is new and the gels are still orange, there is no need to do so. Just use it.

As long as the reading don't go over 50, you are fine.

yeah.. i found out how.. starting the opening is so stuck.. tt i have to use a coin..

the instructions are very misleading.. it said SIDE but its at the bottom(end) ..

it went to 30 so i removed quite a lot still inspecting it
