Glad to know that you bought D90 the right choice even an older version but the specs is the same at D300S except the body built, 4.5fps vs 7fps and 1 SD vs 2 slot etc. The IQ is better than 3100, aside D7000 is perfect too BUT if for Can what 600d? GO FOR 60D the right choice.
