What is better D90 or D2x ? I've already have a Nikon D90 , just wanna ask wheather to change to a D2x ?

Old cam old body, wear & tear, you need the built-in grip or long battery life's ?

TS. U should ask yourself this question... why a D2x? What can a D2X do for you that your D90 cannot? If you don't have an answer to the abovementioned questions, then you don't need a D2X, it is just a waste of money.

And if I was to choose, I would gladly upgrade to a D700 if I really really need to upgrade my camera for whatever reasons.

For what purpose are you using the camera for? Freelance/professional work or just causal shooting?

If just for casual shooting, you'll have to bear in mind the weight of the body. Carrying the heavy d2x around your neck the whole day isn't something enjoyable

Other than getting the d2x body, you'll have to consider getting an external flash( that also adds to the cost, and also the weight). Spare or replacement batteries are also more expensive
