I guess it is not out of stock. I checked here Nikon D7100 Body Prices in Singapore | PricePanda they still have it. Even there are 3 prices offered, so you can compare all the prices.

Seems to feature online shops that sell grey sets.not the prices from local physical shops.

It is with kit lens and most will go for body only.

I emailed SLR Revo in the beginning of May and went down to the shop in the middle of May and they were still out of stock of the D7100.

Today, I emailed them and they are still out of stock of the D7100 and have no idea when is the next shipment coming.

I checked with TK foto and SLRR on thursday (23rd May) and both have stock.. so why keep complaining?
