Nikon D200

I'm looking at getting the D200 that Nikon just put out but I wanted to find out if anyone here has it yet and what they think of it?

AFAIK, the stocks haven't got to shops. I'm awaiting the calls from my sources.

As for what they think of it... can look around, others have gotten theirs 2-3 days ago. One fella even dropped his prior to using :bsmilie:

OUCH! Dropped it? Nothing like hearing your camera drop to the ground - what a sound....and then your heart comes out of your body! I've dropped my camera a few times but I've just got a basic Nikon SLR right now so I don't really care if it gets a few scratches here or there.

I heard the D200's were to hit stores at the end of December 2005..anyone know the date on when it comes out though? I live in a small town so I'm assuming that no store here would sell it so I'll hopefully be getting it online.

I saw 2 persons testing D200 at AP simlim today about 7pm...
