night photography

besides tmr's fireworks shooting will there be any more shootings for cityscape?

I don't have one of those spiffy digital camera's. Hence, what kind of film (ISO) should I get for this type of photography? I read that people use ISO100...??

high st centre is not cover with safety netting, juz went there to check after the ndp preview ended. maybe you all can consider as you can take night shots from there.

ISO 100 film should be fine for nite/fireworks photography.

I'm planning to go to the fireworks this sunday (1st Aug)... meet 7pm at one fullerton at the steps to centro. We'll move on to some other place from there..

Note: We can continue shooting around some lights after the fireworks.. We'll still have another weeknight where we shoot the traffic streaks & cityline..

Forgot to update you guys on what to bring... this applies to both fireworks & night photography.

1. Bring a Tripod
2. Wear dark clothes/preferably black
3. Bring a black cloth/cardboard
4. Tripod
5. Bring a remote trigger (if you have)
6. Bring a small torch (otherwise light from handphone will make do)
7. BRING A TRIPOD!!!!! (hmm... did I mention that already?)
