Haven't done macro seriously for a long time. Luckily I managed to join a couple of frens for a shoot.


Bioluminescent mushroom (Mycena sp.)

I actually increased both contrast and saturation already. Which shot do you think should need improvement in this area?? :think:

Pretty good. I suggest using a DIY diffuser to even out the lighting ;).

I snapped on the SB-800 diffuser, but I think my DIY of cutting off the notch made it worse and the flash control went hay-wire... :sweat: So took it off instead.

I see. No worries, I always DIY a few diffusers and test them out in the field to see which is the best among them ;).
