New Zealand landscape - what to bring

If I shoot purely landscape, the moutains and stuffs I would probably not include much people unless it forms part of an interesting focus. Really depends on the objective.

i shoot travel, so i would put the three component in - still life/streets, people/animals, building/landscape together. which is why i find my latest trip a little disappointing cos i'm too tired out and did not explore sufficient still life/streets.

I have studied in the South Island in NZ for a couple of years. Travelled a fair bit.If you are planning a South island trip to take photos esp landscape photos, hood, polarizer, spare batteries plus tripod would be good enough.

U def need to walk..so i suggest u dont rush.If you want to take good pictures, may need to walk alot into the forest. So keep fit and have a good pair of shoes.

have fun..
