New! A700, A540, A530!

There is a huge price difference of $200 between A620 (my earlier choice but I hated the small vari-angle LCD) and A540. A540 shares almost similar specs with A620 and scores better in terms of its higher ISO (800) and bigger 2.5 LCD. Of course, A620 has 7.1MP, 1cm macro shot, etc, but I was wondering which is a better buy?

I've got all those cameras you mentioned....if you ask me...i'll take the A620. To me the vari-angle LCD is a feature very much desired. And the A620 using 4 x AA batteries...flash recycling is much faster.
