Need opinion on this picture

hey guy, i just took this picture with my friend this evening , and it turn out , there was this unusual forward arrow appearing in the picture. I am not very sure where this arrow come from, could it be the boat which carry the tourist or what. do you guys encouter such problem, or it was my camera which is falling apart. please help.

nothing wrong...its just because of the long exposure IMO...

Hi, are you referring to the shadow that looks like an arrow in the water? From what I see, it was the shadow of the banner from one of the lamp posts on the bridge. It was lighted up by the lamp post in the centre of the bridge.

I think is the shadow of the bridge elongated reflecteion on the water. See how all the shadows reflected seems to be the same across the photo. keeping the aperture to f16/22 would have helped to bring out the picture better.
