Need advice, settings for couple shots

Hi bro and sis,

Need some advice on S settings for the following

A couple kissing in the middle of a human traffic crossing the road. They probably have say 3 seconds to kiss, wish to capture the moment when the people are walking, blurring.

(a) Do I ask the couple to be as stationary as possible? So that they will be sharp
(b) As for the blurring, I guess need to use slow shutter speed, what is the recommended?

thick skin, ability to do crowd control, also must watch out for vehicles traffic also, and very important!! use tripod and cable release.

1/5s should be sufficient for a decent blur.

Alternatively... use rear sync flash and drag the exposure....
