Yugoslav army. This is no big deal.
This was a common sight during my NS. Soldiers from the Artillery were seen in training grounds back packing mortar barrel and also Mortar Base plate.
The Stomp photo of maid carrying the backpack may give impression that nowadays NSF has degenerated into kuniang sissy softies.
The serious thing about this is that aggressor countries may be entertaining thoughts of attacking us and taking over the place. After they see the Stomp photo, they may probe how weak we really are.
