National Day Parade 2014 (sharing timings)

Took some photos during the rehearsals, just sharing what you can catch if you're not in the spectator stands of the floating platform. I've included the rough timings I took them at, though this year not as much action as last year, don't have the Black Knights display and attack helicopters.

1. Show starts with Red Lions start jumping out around 5.59pm

2. Have to wait till around 6.47pm for the National flag flypast

Ya... thanks for sharing the info. Too bad, the flypast this year so simple.

By the way, not sure if people know but there is a second set of choppers with large fly circling also in the holding area at West Coast. I think probably a back up.

Yes for rehearsals there is a backup, I heard on the actual National Day Parade there are 2 flags as backup

Went for Combined Rehearsals 5 / NE Show 2 last Saturday. The flypasts still around the same time, however no Red Lions probably due to weather, there were more brief stage fireworks bursts, and the main fireworks started a bit late around 8.14pm (so have to take the timings with slight pinch of salt hehe...)

Just sharing some images from that day:
