too much haze i think. the street lamps made it worse.
why got funny spots of light on the road? lense flare? :)

well... should be on manual mode thou. for me at least...

maybe if you could adjust the colour temp of the photo would be good or covert it to bnw ?

the haze will give it a soft effect to it... prolly makes it more dramatic den having it in colour.

good attempt in shooting late at night !! ;) for me i would rather sleep or if not work through the night... :bsmilie:

the technique is rather wrong for having such high ISO with low aperture (f/2.5) from your exif.

u're using 50mm f/1.8??

you can shoot with iso 100 mounted on tripod or a support with aperture f/8-f/16 for better results. shutter depends on your situation. ;)

and the haze!!! so irritating man! haha

Hi Daisuke

You may like to share with us wat you are trying to portray. What is ur subject? In my opinion, if u're trying to portray the street lamp post, a tigher crop wud work better.

I'm also curious abt the few light spots. Was it dust?

Continue to shoot ans share more

thank all for the feedback
well reason for taking this photo is that, i thinking of taking what it look like on the street during that "late hours" with no car, no ppl, only the empty street & the lamps.... coz it look must different from the day. now, with the haze, it make me feel like i in a ghost city?

yes, i using 50mm f/1.8 ~ on my 400D
sadily my tripod just got stollen / lost
now saving $$ to buy a new one

i also try with a higher F's & the shutter remain the same
the photo taken abit more under expose :dunno:

will continue to learn and take more photo
