ur exposure: f5, 1/13, ISO 500, EV -0.7

Seems a bit soft.. should be due to slow shutter+camera shake.

Maybe you should have use like f2.8... then you could have bump up higher shutter.
I don see the reason of using f5 to achieve DOF cause there's only one subject in the frame, Ur cute baby~
