MWTB : Digital camera for ~ $300 ?

Hi,

Actually I'm posting this on behalf of my sis. She just graduated and will be doing some travelling in the region before starting work. So she needs a digital camera (which can be risked) that she can bring along.

Is there anyone with anything that can fit the $300-$350 budget ?

General cosmetic condition is not really an issue. All I ask is for the camera to be (1) fully functional, (2) lens in good condition and (3) LCD in decent condition (some small hairline scratches is ok).

Prefably a 3.2 mp model.
