Montage returns in 2013 for its 15th installation as The Photographic Society of NUS (NUSPS) flagship event with the theme Metamorphoses! Montage has been through much transformation since it was started in 1999. There are many new and exciting additions to Montage 2013 so stay with us throughout the whole course of Montage 2013!
What does Metamorphoses mean to you?
Transformation? Change? Age? Reborn? Develop? Revolution? Change is the only constant in life and hence Metamorphoses itself is open to a myriad of interpretations. NUSPS would like our participants to flaunt their creativity in manipulating peoples perception with their photos.
Photography enthusiasts of all ages and levels are welcome to take part in Montage 2013 Photography Competition! You can participate in EITHER the Open OR Youth sub-category of the Individual category. Youth participants can too enter the Photo Story category. Winners stand to win attractive prizes from Canon Singapore and Cathay Photo! Submit your photographs by 22nd May 2013, 2359hrs (Singapore Time)!
Next up, the popular Montage Workshops will be held on 1st and 2nd June 2013, Saturday and Sunday at Canon Imaging Academy and Braddell Heights Community Club! They will be conducted by 4 experienced professional instructors namely Lionel Lin, Amanda Wong, Gloria Wong and Melvin Lau. Grab your tickets now to avoid disappointment!
The grand finale of Montage 2013 will end with a bang on 9th June 2013 at SOTA Drama Theatre with Montage Seminar! 3 acclaimed professional photographers Vicky Yeow, Hart Tan and Brian Ho - are invited to share their experience with the attendees. For this year, a new Plenary Session is added in to encourage more interaction between the attendees and speakers. We have had the pleasure of inviting Nic Ong to be the host for the Plenary Session.
