erm 4th August 2007 i think, it's an annual event organised by Allan & Alice De DanceSport Studio. I think the event is called Merlion DanceSports Competition.

You have to pay to take pictures though .. or simply buy tickets for their dinner function. I did not stay throughout till the night event.
